Refund and Exchange policy

We will be happy to offer you a no questions asked refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. This includes items purchased in the Sale.
Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. This does not include items that have been customized from their original state as displayed on the website, nor does this include if the item has been taken to another jeweller for adjustment.


Processing your Refund
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.



All of our 18ct gold and diamond pieces are made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the item.
For our silver items, please allow 4 working days for delivery. If the item is out of stock please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
